Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If for some reason, you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange quickly and easily. Here’s everything you need to know!

RETURNS

1. The Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the product. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, we cannot accept returns over 15 days.

2. If you made your purchase online, go to your order history page, select the order you want to return then select “Return” in the upper right corner. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange and print a return label and drop your item off at shipping carrier . You will need an online account in order to process your return or exchange by mail.

3. Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return. Apparel must not be worn or laundered, and its original tags must be attached for us to accept a return.

3. All products defective / damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours and your package must be returned or postmarked within five business days from receipt so that we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier. We will gladly replace item/s damaged during shipping.

4. Customers who refuse delivery of an item that they ordered is responsible for the shipping cost of the order and pay return shipping

5. Customers who provide an incorrect shipping address or are not available to receive a shipment are responsible for the shipping costs of the order. We will try our best to keep track of all orders and will notify customers of additional shipping information needed for delivery. 

REPLACEMENT ORDERS

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • You do not receive your order.
  • You can contact us at [email protected] to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the details on what item(s) you would like us to replace and the size you would prefer.
