“Fits Exo Terra Perfectly”

Working great and fits on the top of my little 12inch width) Exo Terra terrarium perfectly. In addition, I have Exo Terras hood. I have the hood that will not take anything higher than 25W bulb. The 25W bulb wasn’t enough heat for hermit crabs. So I put the naturalistic hood onto the rear (since the power switch is located on its back) for the main heat source, and the Exo Terra on front (as this switch is located on the side) to be able to correct the warmth on colder days/ nights.

“Great Fit, Gives The Tank A Real Finished Look”

This is a great hood to fit the Zoo Med 12×12 base terrariums. Great fit and finish without an excessive amount of light leakage unlike hood and the Exo Terra 12×12 I have, below the lip. You can match a bulb in there! Jungle Dawns should be no problemo. The reflector is the period of the Exo Terra!

“Zoo Med Hood 12Inch”

Needed second hood to go on my vivarium so that I could add nighttime light. Two will fit on one tank. Matches the one I have. What is nice about it is that it takes as much as a 60 watt bulb. The brand only takes as much as a 15 watt bulb. I feel it and it doesnt get overheated. Depends upon what your requirements are.

“Great Hood”

I bought my Zoo Med terrarium at a local pet store and was debating purchasing a clip on light or an actual hood such as this one. Im SO glad I got this hood! It looks so much better than a clip light could have and it functions. It only has one light socket, so if you’re searching for something with room for a day and night lighting, this isnt the hood for you.Its a great deal, and I would advise it for a fundamental day light heating bulb.

“This Works Great At Top Of Our Turtle Tank, So Good I purchased 3 Of Them”

This works great in addition to our turtle tank, so good I bought 3 of these. They are better and slimier looking in my opinion compared to the Exo Terra. Since the cord is in the back along with the switch, I like these better. The Exo the cord and switch are on the medial side. They have had no issues and work great. I’ve got a using a UVB bulb, one with a daylight bulb and one with a light. Highly Recommended!
